1000 Point Club
JONES HITS MILESTONE – Humboldt superstar basketball player, Anthony Jones, was recognized during the first game of the season for scoring 1,000 points in his career as a Viking. Jones, a senior, is known for his monstrous dunks, his work in the paint on offense and defense, and for lighting up the scoreboard with 3-pointers. Congratulating Jones on his accomplishment are Viking basketball head coach, Ron Abernathy, (left) and Jones’ mom, Lady Viking head basketball coach, Chandra Maclin.
