SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by that certain Deed of Trust executed on June 23, 2006, by Bill Greene aka Bill W. Greene and Amanda Greene to Wesley D. Turner, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Gibson County, Tennessee, under Book No. 889, Page 1028, ("Deed of Trust"); and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-M2; and
WHEREAS, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-M2, the holder of said Deed of Trust, (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., as Substitute Trustee by instrument filed for record in the Register's Office of Gibson County, Tennessee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 35-5-117 (i), not less than sixty (60) days prior to the first publication required by § 35-5-101, the notice of the right to foreclose was properly sent, if so required; and
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust by the Holder, and that the undersigned, Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., Substitute Trustee, or its duly appointed attorneys or agents, by virtue of the power and authority vested in it, will on Thursday, March 1, 2012, commencing at 12:00 PM at the South Door of the Gibson County Courthouse, Trenton, Tennessee, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Gibson County, Tennessee, to wit: Map 123M, Group F, Parcel 1.00 Beginning at the intersection of the East margin of Baird Street with South margin of McAllister Street, which point is the Northwest corner of herein described tract, thence, from the point of beginning, and with the South margin margin of McAllister Street, north88 degrees 00 minutes East 150.00 feet to the Northwest coorner of Burnett; thence, with the West line of Burnett, South 00 degrees 32 minutes East 75.00 feet to the northeast corner of Dowtin; thence, with the North line of Downtin, South 88 degrees 00 minutes West 150.00 feet to a point in the East margin of Baird Street; thence, with the East margin of Baird Street, North 00 degrees 32 minutes West 75 feet to the to the point of beginning, containing 0.26 acres. Being the same real property conveyed to Bill Greene and wife, Amanda Green by deed appearing of record in Deed Book 889, Page 1026 in the Register's Office of Gibson County, Tennessee.
